Nope.

Mosquitofish are aggressive around other fish (one of the reasons that they don't make good aquarium fish). The introduction of this fish to areas outside of its native range has been blamed for the decline of many native fish populations in the U.S. and abroad. The principle of competitive exclusion states that two species using the same limited resource cannot continue to co-exist, and the weaker species will be excluded from the environment. Although this is a powerful theory for helping to explain niche, documenting competitive exclusion as the only factor in the extirpation of a species is very difficult to do in the wild.
